At the request of our many satisfied referral sources, Ms. Casady grew the business from a one-clinic operation to a six-clinic operation including Tacoma, Kent/Renton, Port Orchard, Sequim, Olympia, and Centralia. Working with a diverse population including injured workers, personal injury clients, and Veterans has given Ms. Casady a unique ability to put the client at ease and thus elicit optimal performance from her clients, which can only benefit the client and the referral source. Performance-Based Physical Capacities Evaluation or PCE (also called a Functional Capacity Evaluation or FCE). She has extensive experience with the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs as a Counseling Psychologist working with Veterans wishing to obtain retraining services; in fact, vocational counselors with the Department of Veterans Affairs continue to use Ms. Casady's expertise for their Veterans' retraining needs. Attorneys rely on her objectivity to accurately and competently project the client's capabilities and ability to work, and her testimony in court has been of value on many occasions. Claims Managers refer their clients to Ms. Casady to aide in the process of determining if the client can perform his or her usual and customary occupation or if retraining is necessary.
